Example: Team with 7 named users is AUD $277/month ex GST. For best standard-plan value, Team becomes cheaper at 5 users, Business at 12, and Enterprise at 19. Teams of 21 or more move to a tailored quote.

Named users, not shared logins
Each person needs their own account.
Every technician, scheduler, administrator and signatory must use their own named account. Shared credentials are not permitted under the subscription and acceptable-use terms.
For pricing, each person who needs access counts as one named user. A named-user place is not a shared team password or a licence passed between people during the day.
Tailored commercial terms
21 or more users, with the same complete product.
Tailored pricing is available for organisations with 21 or more named users. Longer commitments, phased onboarding and agreed support arrangements can also be reflected in the quote. Every named user still receives the same complete product capability.

Does every plan include every report type?
Yes. Standard plans include the complete GenInspect report and workflow capability.
Can one login be shared between technicians?
No. Each person who needs access must use their own named account.
Can a technician use more than one device?
A named-user licence is assigned to a person, not a device. Device and access requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
Can I add users without changing plan?
Yes. Solo, Team and Business can add named users for AUD $39/month each or AUD $390/year each paid upfront, up to 20 total named users. Team is better value at 5 users, Business at 12 and Enterprise at 19; 21 or more users use tailored pricing.
Do I need an Apple App Store or Google Play account?
The main GenInspect system is installed directly from its approved web address and does not require an app-store account. The separate Technician Toolbox companion will use the Apple App Store and Google Play after it is released. View the GenInspect install guide.
Will the standalone Technician Toolbox cost extra?
The current Toolbox inside GenInspect is included today. When the separate companion launches, Pro access is planned at no additional charge for named users on a standard GenInspect subscription. The standalone target is free with ads, or a one-time AU$14.99 Pro unlock; final store pricing will be confirmed before release.
How does annual billing work?
Annual prices are paid in full upfront and provide twelve months for the price of ten. Enterprise is AUD $5,990/year ex GST, saving AUD $1,198 compared with twelve monthly payments. Additional named users are AUD $390/year each when paid annually upfront.
Does a tailored price change product capability?
No. The complete GenInspect capability remains included.
